At Akriti by Ritika, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Due to the nature of our products and the made-to-order/customized process, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

However, we understand that certain situations may arise, and in such cases, we are happy to offer the following options:

1. Store Credit: The full amount paid can be used as store credit and adjusted against your next purchase with us.
2. Complimentary Outfit: Depending on the nature of the concern, we may offer a complimentary outfit of equivalent value. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.

Please note:
* Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
* The outfit must be unused and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
* Customization issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the client will not be eligible for any adjustment or complimentary item.
